Your Dashboard

The first screen you see after logging in to the Vertecto Transaction Protection System is your dashboard. Your dashboard is your 'control panel" for the TPS. This single screen gives you a quick overview of all of your Projects and Accounts, plus it alerts you to new deal opportunities being offered to you by other Vertecto members. This section shows and explains the information on the dashboard. Each numbered area is explained after the illustration.

The blue numbers correspond to the numbers on the illustration.

Item 1. Item 1 shows your username and your member ID (TEL507). Member IDs are used to identiy you on the TPS. In addition, you will find that it is easier to create an invitation or set up a new escrow if you know the member ID of the buyer or seller with whom you are doing business.

Item 2. Item 2 shows new invoices you have received from sellers for minutes you terminated/calls you made and for other services. You can look at those invoices (and any CDRs or documentation uploaded by the seller) and respond to them by clicking on the "Invoice(s) Received" link in Item 2. Item 2 also shows you how many invoices you have sent. You can look at those invoices by clicking on the "Invoice(s) Sent" link in Item 2.

Item 3. When a carrier wants to offer you a deal and create an escrow with you, it will send you an offer (an "Invitation"). If you want to create an escrow with a carrier, you will sent it an Invitation. Item 3 lets you quickly and easily track all of the Invitations that our members have sent to you or that you have sent to other carriers. Just click on the appropriate link in Item 3 to review the offers you received or the offers you sent.

Item 4. When you and a carrier agree on the terms of your deal (when one of you accepts an Invitation), you have an agreement, which is called a "Project" on the TPS. Item 4 allows you to track your Projects easily. Remember that just because you have reaced an agreement to sell minutes or other services to a carrier, that does not mean that the carrier has provided money to fund the escrow. If the buyer has provided funds for the project escrow, the Project becomes a "Funded Project". If the Project escrow has not been funded (in other words, if the buyer has not deposited money with Vertecto), the Project will be shown as an "Unfunded Project". Never allow a buyer to send minutes or use other services covered by an Unfunded Project.

Item 5. Item 5 shows all of your accounts at a glance. "Account Balances" shows you the total amount in each of your primary currency accounts (US Dollar, Euro, Hong Kong Dollar and Great Britain Pound*). "Dedicated to active Projects" shows you how much of your balance in each currency is in Projects and unavailable for use. "Net Amount (not including pending Pojects or Obligations)" shows you how much of each currency balance is available to use for new Projects. EXAMPLE: Your company has $50,000.00 in its US Dollar account at Vertecto. Your company has an agreement (a "Project") to send calls to XYZ Carrier and has placed $20,000 into a Vertecto escrow to secure the payment of the Project. Your Dashboard would show that you have a US Dollar Balance of $50,000 USD. It would also show $20,000 in the "Dedicated to active Projects" category. The "Net Amount" category would equal $30,000 in most cases. This amount ($30,000) is what is available to your company to fund new Projects. Please note, that if your company had an unresolved payment dispute in another Project, the amount of the dispute would also be deducted from the Net Amount. Please also note that the calculation does not include outstanding Invitations. In other words, if you have also sent an Invitation to ABC Carrier to create a new escrow for $5,000, and that Invitation has not yet been accepted, the additional $5,000 will appear as available funds.

Item 6. Item 6 is included as an additional security measure. If the location or time time shown in Item 6 is different from the last location and time of your last login to the TPS, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate. offered disputed You also have dispute terminate minutes at has a Project escrow with your account. our balances are available For example, you might have When you and a carrier agree on the terms of your deal (when one of you accepts an Invitation), you have an agreement, which is called a "Project" on the TPS.
